User Manual for Airbikes

Adjusting the seat: The correct seat height is essential for efficient and comfortable training and to prevent injuries.

1. Place one pedal in the lowest position and align the ball of your foot with the center of the pedal. Your knee should be slightly bent.

  • If your leg is too straight or cannot reach the pedal, lower the saddle.
  • If your leg is too bent, raise the seat.

2. Dismount the bike, loosen the adjustment knob on the seat post, and remove the locking pin.

  • Adjust the seat to the desired height.
  • Let the locking pin click into place and tighten it securely.

Lower body workout: Sit comfortably, with your arms relaxed at your sides or resting on the handlebars.

  • Start pedaling slowly and evenly.
  • Increase the pedal speed to increase air resistance and load.

Upper body only workout: Once pedaling is underway, try an upper body workout. – Grip the handlebars firmly, palms down.

  • Place your feet on the footrests by the fan wheel axle.
  • Lean forward from the hips, keeping your back straight and shoulders down.
  • Push and pull arm levers to engage your upper body muscles.

Lower and upper body workout: For a comprehensive workout that engages all major muscle groups:

  • Hold the handlebars with your palms down.
  • Push and pull arm levers while pedaling.
  • Keep elbows low and close to the body.
  • Vary hand positions on the handlebars to target different arm muscles.
  • Remember that maintaining proper form and gradually increasing intensity will help you achieve your fitness goals effectively and safely.
